Child Policy:

  • Infants (0-2 years): ₹25,000 (no bed).

Umrah Package Terms & Conditions

Booking & Availability:

  • Scheduled group departure; seats confirmed only upon advance booking.
  • Upgrades: Room/hotel/transport upgrades available (subject to availability) at extra cost.

Assistance & Services:

  • Wheelchair support provided upon prior request.
  • Dedicated local staff available for 24/7 assistance.

Documentation Requirements:

  • Passport: Scanned copy with 6-month validity + 4 blank pages. Non-Indian nationals must submit soft copies via email/WhatsApp.
  • Visa:
  • Express processing (2-4 working days) for urgent cases.
  • Non-Muslim names require a mosque/Islamic center certificate or affidavit.
  • Photo: One recent passport-sized color photo (35mm x 45mm, white background, full-face view).

Pricing & Adjustments:

  • Airfare: Base rate ₹40,000/person; fare increases added to final payment.
  • Currency Rate: 1 SAR = ₹22.50. Pilgrims bear costs due to currency fluctuations.
  • Exclusions: New Saudi government charges, personal expenses, or unlisted services.

Refunds & Modifications:

  • No refunds for unused services.
  • Customization requests (pre/during travel) subject to approval; costs borne by pilgrims.

Group Policies:

  • Relatives/friends in KSA cannot join group meals/accommodations; charges apply for shared services.
  • Umrah Kits: Free PAN India delivery after full payment.

Seasonal Pricing:

  • Rates exclude high season (15 Dec 2024 – 15 Jan 2025) and Ramadan. Confirm revised pricing via office.

Flight Flexibility:

  • Self-booked flights permitted (excludes group departures); other arrangements managed by Atyab Travels.

Final Note:

  • AL UQBA Travels reserves the right to modify packages without prior notice.

Payment Schedule & Methods:

  • Advance Deposit: ₹20,000 per person (non-refundable) due at booking.
  • Stage 1 Payment: 60% of the total package cost, due within 10 days of booking, alongside document submission.
  • Final Settlement: Remaining balance due 15 days before travel.
  • Confirmation: Payment accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or checks.

15-Day Spiritual Umrah Itinerary

Day 1: Depart India for Jeddah. Transfer via group coach to your Makkah hotel. After check-in, join the group for your first Umrah led by a religious scholar (Aalim).

Day 2: Leisure time for rest and prayers at Masjid al-Haram.

Day 3: Guided Makkah city tour, including the Makkah Museum. Optional second Umrah from Masjid Aisha (RA) – Ihram provided.

Day 4: Free time for spiritual reflection and prayers at the Holy Haram.

Day 5: Day trip to Taif. Optional third Umrah from Masjid Qarn Al-Manazil (Ihram included).

Day 6: Rest day with opportunities for prayers and devotion at the Haram.

Day 7: Explore Jeddah – visit Red Sea beaches and vibrant local markets.

Day 8: Unwind at the hotel and engage in prayers at Masjid al-Haram.

Day 9: Depart for Madinah via Badr. Stop for lunch and prayers at Masjid Areesh. Check into Madinah hotel. Evening visit to Masjid an-Nabawi (PBUH).

Day 10: Free time for rest and prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque.

Day 11: Madinah Ziyarat tour – visit key Islamic historical sites.

Day 12: Full-day excursion to Al-Hijr (Madain Saleh), a UNESCO World Heritage Site linked to the story of Prophet Saleh (AS) in the Quran.

Day 13: Explore lesser-known sacred areas within Masjid an-Nabawi (PBUH) complex.

Day 14: Final day for prayers and reflection at the Prophet’s Mosque.

Day 15: Check out and transfer to Jeddah Airport for your return flight to India.
