Group Umrah Package Guidelines

Package Overview:

• Designed for groups traveling on fixed dates from selected cities only.
• Fixed Itinerary: Travel sequence (Makkah ↔ Madinah) is predetermined and cannot be altered.

Inclusions & Policies:

• Travel Documentation: Full vouchers/bookings provided to all guests.
• Transport: Group transfers via shared bus; private transport available at extra cost.
• Meals: Provided by verified hygienic caterers (not hotel-based).
• Refunds: No refunds for unused services.
• Special Assistance: Wheelchair support available upon request.

Accommodation & Upgrades:

• Room/hotel/transport upgrades possible (subject to availability); additional charges apply.

Visa & Documentation Requirements:

• Express Visa Service: Urgent Umrah visa processing in 2-4 working days.
• Passport: Scanned copy with 6-month validity + 4 blank pages.
• Non-Indian Nationals: Submit passport soft copy only.
• Non-Muslim Names: Certificate from mosque/Islamic center or affidavit required.
• Photo: One recent color passport-sized photo (35mm x 45mm, white background, full-face view).

Costs & Payments:

• Airfare: Calculated at ₹40,000/person; fare differences adjusted in final payment.
